Tickets & Prices 

 

- HSM pass incl. NYE & NY day social (Friday 09pm - Wednesday 06pm) >> 170€

- HSM leader & follower couple pass incl. NYE & NY day social (Friday 09pm - Wednesday 06pm) >> 310€ 

 

- Do you want to enjoy the HSM only until 06pm on Monday because you want to do something else on New Year's Eve Or the event from Friday to Wednesday is just too long for you?

No problem ..we'll give you 3 late breakfasts for free so that your ticket price is calculated fairly.

More informations about the HSM pass & cancellation & refund... 

 

- Fruit, snacks and cakes, coffee, tea and water are included in your pass.

 

- The meals are not included in your pass and you do not have to pay for them in advance, but individually on site if you decide to eat at the venue. 

 

- You have to register yourself for this event on our website to get a spot, Because we want to control the ratio of followers and leaders.

 

- A spot will only be offered if the organiser confirms this by sending an email containing the account details for the bank transfer.

- The number of participants is limited to 200 dancers (100 Leaders & 100 Followers).

 

- first-come-first-serve.
There is no selection procedure (Exceptionally only when checking the balance of leader & follower ratio). 

- The HSM welcomes all dancers regardless of whether they are at a very high dance level or not.

 

- If the event is sold out, no exceptions will be made for further sales to anyone.

 

- Cancellation of the ticket is only possible within 2 weeks after receipt of the ticket. In this case, the cost will be refunded 100%.

 

- If the ticket receipt is 2 weeks or longer ago, then a refund is no longer possible, but postponement to the following year is permitted and will be accepted.
